Fleet Safety Management provides optional SMS communications to commercial drivers, driver applicants, customers, and authorized business contacts for informational and operational purposes. You can opt in using the form below, or during enrollment in the Fleet Safety Management driver enrollment portal, where this same consent disclosure is presented alongside the mobile phone number field.

How SMS Opt-In Works

Consent is collected through the opt-in form on this page and during the Fleet Safety Management driver enrollment process, where users provide their mobile phone number and may voluntarily choose whether they would like to receive SMS communications.

SMS consent is optional and is separate from employment, enrollment, service agreements, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy acceptance, or any other required agreement.

Users can complete the driver enrollment process without consenting to SMS communications.

Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies; typically up to 4 messages per week.

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and wireless plan.

Opting Out

Recipients may stop SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. The keywords CANCEL, QUIT, END, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, OPTOUT, and REVOKE are also honored.

After opting out, recipients will receive one final message confirming the opt-out. After that confirmation, no further SMS messages will be sent unless they subsequently provide consent to receive them again.

To re-subscribe after opting out, reply START, YES, or UNSTOP, or submit new consent through this page or the driver enrollment portal.
