Fleet Safety Management

SMS Opt-In & Consent

Fleet Safety Management provides optional SMS communications to commercial drivers and authorized customers for informational and operational purposes.

SMS Communications May Include

Messages may include:

  • Driver onboarding updates
  • Safety alerts
  • Compliance notifications and reminders
  • Drug and alcohol testing appointment reminders
  • Training reminders
  • Vehicle inspection reminders
  • Maintenance notifications
  • Incident follow-ups
  • Other fleet safety and service-related communications

How SMS Opt-In Works

During the Fleet Safety Management driver enrollment process, users provide their mobile phone number and may voluntarily choose whether they would like to receive SMS communications.

SMS consent is optional and is separate from employment, enrollment, service agreements, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy acceptance, or any other required agreement.

Users can complete the driver enrollment process without consenting to SMS communications.

Example of the SMS Consent Presented During Enrollment

Privacy Policy | SMS Terms & Conditions

The SMS consent checkbox is unchecked by default. The user must actively select the checkbox to provide consent.

This is an illustrative preview of the enrollment screen. Nothing entered here is submitted, stored, or used to enroll anyone in SMS messages. Actual consent is collected only in the Fleet Safety Management driver enrollment portal.
